Eddie Diaz, CSEP, ACC  |  President & CEO - Destination Event Producer

Eddie is the Creative Director, Event Designer, Event Producer, and driving force leading the creative, production, and business team. Eddie began his entrepreneurial journey as a child while assisting his dad at a family-owned restaurant. His business eagerness led him from producing his own backyard theatrical shows for twenty-five cents to selling lemons on the streets for a dollar. Eddie was also known for pushing a candy cart around his neighborhood during the weekend and cleaning cars with his full-service car wash system. His drive and motivation led him to accomplish all of this before reaching his 16th birthday. 

 

Eddie’s entrepreneurial spirit is one that is rich in textures, colors, and amazing stories. He has studied graphic design, media production, and theater at both the University of the Sacred Heart and University of Central Florida. He earned a Bachelor's of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.

Eddie Diaz is an award-winning Event Producer with over 25-years of experience in the areas of creation, design, marketing, management ,and production for live entertainment, special events, and theatrical environments. From small gatherings to large-scale spectacles, Eddie has an eye for gathering the right elements and strategies to make any event an award-winning experience. Eddie is a Certified Special Event Professional.
